What Time Was It??

In a past few months, I have
interacted with some of the computer professionals, and it was blatant that
most of us do not appreciate or comprehend with the most essential
ingredient in our everyday life. That is the "Date" and
"Time" elements in the computer arena. It is the foremost
important issue that will make or break a case, and no one can really
claim expertise in this field, because it involves too wide a scope. It
may take weeks and months to argue the same issue from different
perspective, and the subject content may fill many, many books.
